Refund & Return policy


Refund:

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at digit@bh-smart.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if, you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Payment methods

The payment method Is PayPal and any Credit Card. As well as the internal payment system Benefit Pay.

PayPal is a safer, easier way to send and receive money online. When you select PayPal as the payment method, you will be linked to the PayPal site where you can make a payment.

PayPal can be used to purchase items by Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express), Debit Card, or E-check (i.e. using your regular Bank Account).

BenefitPay can be used to purchase items by Credit Card Visa, MasterCard, or Debit Card.

1) After viewing your items on your cart page, you can click and checkout using the options provided, we will receive your order and then arrange how to pay.

2) You can sign in to your PayPal account, or you can create a new one if you don't have one.

3) You can use PayPal as you like according to the instructions on the screen.

PayPal e-Check usually takes 3-5 business days to be confirmed by PayPal.

Payment is traceable. With your PayPal account, you can track the status of your payment.

When making payment for your order, you do not need to use your credit card online (you can transfer directly from your bank account). When you use your credit card through PayPal, no one will see your credit card number, which reduces the risk of unauthorized use.

We have facilitated the return or exchange process through the following procedures:

Policy period for the return or exchange of purchases:

1. If you want to exchange or return the product, you must contact us first.

2. The customer has the right to return the product within 3 days from the date of receipt, provided that the product is intact and there has been no change. The customer bears all shipping costs, and the cost of the product is returned to the customer within 14 working days.

3. The customer has the right to replace the product with another one before sending the shipment. After sending the shipment, he is entitled to a replacement within 7 working days, and he has to bear the full shipping cost and the product cost difference if any.

4. If the product is defective, or does not conform to the specifications that were specified at the time of purchase, the customer has the right to exchange or return the product within 15 days, in which case, the customer must send proof of shipping costs index Consignment number - freight - and cost. After that, the customer is entitled to a full refund.

5. Products that include discounts and offers are not subject to exchange or refund, except for a defect in the product, see Article 4 of the Return and Exchange Policies.

6. Products cannot be returned or exchanged in the following cases:

Returns are not accepted after 3 days of receipt, and exchanges are not accepted after 7 days.

- When the product is changed from its original condition for any reason.

- When used outside the purpose of the experiment.

- Return or exchange is not accepted if the package is damaged.
